About Florida Fake Grass Company

Out toward the Quiet Waters end of town the yards are wide, shaded in patches, and asked to do a lot: dogs, kids, a trampoline, and a summer that can drop two inches of rain in an hour. Florida Fake Grass Company builds for exactly that — pulling the tired sod, grading and compacting a base that drains, then laying synthetic grass cut and seamed to the yard's own shape. Pet runs get their own treatment; play areas get a soft, even surface that will not wear a dirt track where the running happens. When the afternoon storm finally lets go, the water goes down through the base instead of standing in the low corner. A month later, in the middle of a dry December, the yard is still the same green it was the day it went in.
