About Above Average Lawn Service, LLC

Morning comes early to Cutler Bay, light sliding in off Biscayne Bay before the heat has made up its mind. That is when Above Average Lawn Service, LLC is out — mower lines drawn straight across St. Augustine grass still holding the night's dew, the string trimmer taking the fence line, the blower clearing every last clipping off the walk. In the dry months the work is patient; in the wet months it is a race against the four o'clock sky. What the crew is after is simple and hard to fake: a yard that looks finished from the street, with an edge cut like a ruler was laid down along the driveway. Cutler Bay lawns are pressed by the sun and pushed up by the rain, and both conditions ask for the same weekly return.
