About Sunnex

Six in the morning in August is the only cool the day is going to offer. Sunnex is out in it around Crystal Lake, cutting while the dew is still down and the light comes in low and level across the lawns. Mowing, edging, string trimming, walks and drives blown clean — finished early, before the heat stacks up and the afternoon storm starts thinking about it. There is a specific pleasure in the first yard of the day: the stripes laid down true, the smell of cut grass, nobody awake yet to see it. By the time the sun is high the day's work is well down the road.
