About 413 Landscaping Inc.

January in Coconut Creek arrives dry and bright, the kind of morning where the light comes in low over Copans Road and every blade of grass throws its own small shadow. That is when 413 Landscaping Inc. likes to start, mowers off the trailer early, the air still cool enough to work in, the St. Augustine holding its winter color a little tighter than it does in July. The work is mowing, edging, trimming and the sweep that comes after, done street by street across the city's neighborhoods. A yard finished before the heat sets in has a particular look to it: lines straight, edges clean along the drive, not a clipping left on the walk. It is simple work, and doing it right is its own reward.
