The Grass Guy

About The Grass Guy

St. Augustine grass runs sideways before it runs up, knitting itself across the sand until a Clearwater yard becomes one continuous green thing. The Grass Guy works with that habit — mowing high through summer so the runners keep their own shade, edging beds and walks to give the spread a boundary, trimming close where a mower cannot reach. Chinch bugs and dollarweed both come for a lawn in July, so treatments go down before thin spots turn into bare ones. A weekly cut through the wet months, a lighter rhythm come winter, and cleanups whenever a squall leaves something behind. Clearwater and the towns beside it — Largo, Dunedin, Safety Harbor.
