About Southern Oaks Property Maintenance, LLC

Holmes Creek runs clear and spring-fed south of Chipley, cutting through hardwood bottoms on its way toward the Choctawhatchee. Southern Oaks Property Maintenance, LLC keeps lawns on the higher ground above it — mowing, edging, string trimming and clearing a yard until it sits open and neat. The Panhandle grows grass hard from April into October, then hands over a long mild stretch when the work turns mostly to cleanup. Either way the mark is the same: a lawn that reads as cared for from the road, edges included. Lawn care in Chipley, Vernon, Caryville and Bonifay.
