About Spicy Cuts Lawn Care

August at noon in Cape Coral is a shimmering thing — heat coming up off the pavement, bougainvillea burning magenta against a white wall, nobody outdoors but the people who work outdoors. Spicy Cuts Lawn Care is out in it anyway, mowing, edging and trimming through the hottest stretch of the year, when the St. Augustine grows faster than anyone can quite believe. The cuts are clean and the lines are hot-sauce sharp, which is more or less the point of the name. Come November the whole city exhales, the rain stops, and the same route turns into a pleasure ride in sixty-eight-degree air. Both halves of the year end the same way: a yard that looks like somebody paid attention.
