Robert Tee's Lawn Care

About Robert Tee's Lawn Care

On January mornings the fog lies in the pastures north of Brooksville until the sun burns it off the fence posts, and a thin frost can silver the bahia on the higher ground. Robert Tee's Lawn Care starts in that cold hour, when the mower throws a plume and the day has not decided what it will be. Mowing, edging, trimming, blowing down — plain work done in order, then done again when the grass says so. Winter slows things here without stopping them, and spring arrives early enough that the calendar barely gets a rest. What stays with a person is pulling away and seeing the whole lawn lying in one direction, even and lit.
