About 163 LLC

Brooksville sits up on a sand ridge, high enough above the rest of Florida that fog pools in the low pastures overnight and burns off around eight. That is the hour 163 LLC likes for mowing — bahia still cool and damp, blades cutting it clean before the heat stacks up over the oaks. Through the wet months the grass climbs fast between storms, and the work settles into a steady rhythm of cutting, trimming and blowing the clippings back off the walks. What the truck leaves behind is simple and hard to fake: an even cut, a true line along the drive, a yard that reads as cared for from the road. It is lawn care for Brooksville and the roads running out toward Spring Hill and Istachatta, one property at a time.
