Noland's Lawn Care

About Noland's Lawn Care

Winter in Bithlo is fog sitting in the low spots at sunrise and Bahia grass gone the color of straw, and the work shifts with it — less cutting, more clearing away what the growing season left behind. Noland's Lawn Care keeps the routes moving through the cool months: mowing when it is wanted, edging the walks, trimming back the overgrowth along fences, hauling off limbs and leaf litter from the oaks. Cold mornings out here are brief and very bright, and a yard cut in that light looks tightened up, ready for something. Come the first warm rain everything moves at once, and the yards tended through the quiet stretch are the ones that come back even. That is most of the job — showing up in the dull season.
