About J Colon Lawn Services

The ground under Bellview is sand, pale and quick-draining, stitched together by longleaf pine roots and whatever grass has learned to hold on. J Colon Lawn Services works with that soil rather than against it — cutting high enough to keep the turf shading its own roots, edging where the sand wants to creep onto the walk, trimming the ragged margins, and raking off the pine straw that drifts down after every breeze. Yards here can look thin one month and thick the next; the steady hand is what carries them through. Nothing fancy about it, just a clean cut, a defined border, and a driveway with no needles left on it. That is a yard someone is looking after.
