About Avalon South LLC

Bellview wakes slowly. Long before traffic thickens on Mobile Highway, the centipede grass out here is still silvered with dew and the air is cool enough to work in, and that is the hour Avalon South LLC likes best. The crew keeps yards on a steady rhythm — mowing at the right height, edging the walks and drives, running the string trimmer where the mower can't reach, then blowing every clipping off the concrete. In a corner of Escambia County where the growing season barely pauses, a lawn asks to be met again and again, and meeting it is the whole craft. By mid-morning the yard looks composed: one even plane of green, a drawn line at the pavement, nothing scattered behind.
