Schwahn's Lawns

About Schwahn's Lawns

Belleair keeps its streets under banyan and oak, up on the bluff where the ground drops toward Clearwater Harbor and the breeze arrives off the Intracoastal by mid-morning. Schwahn's Lawns works those shaded lots and open verges — mowing, edging along curbs and drives, trimming close to walls, posts and root flares. Salt air and dappled light make for particular grass, and the fix is attention rather than force. The reward is a lawn that matches its street: even, bordered, swept clean at the walk. Under this canopy a tidy yard reads almost like architecture.
