About American Property Maintenance

Bayonet Point wakes slowly in the dry season, a low fog lying over the St. Augustine grass until the sun burns it off. American Property Maintenance works that early hour, mowers running the side streets that feed US 19 while the day is still cool enough to enjoy. The work is plain and steady: mowing, edging, string-trimming the corners a deck cannot reach, and blowing the clippings back off the walk. There is real satisfaction in the last pass, when the edge along the driveway runs straight as a chalk line and the concrete is swept bare. Lawn care on this coast is a year-round habit, quick through the green months and steady through the mild ones.
