About Black Knight Homeowner Services

January is the gentle season in Bay Lake, when Central Florida mornings come up cool and clear, the cypress along the shore stand mirrored in still water, and Spanish moss hangs motionless from the oaks. Grass slows here in the cooler months but never quite stops, and yards still want tending between the long green growing seasons on either side. Black Knight Homeowner Services takes up that watch: mowing to an even finish, edging along walks and drives, trimming around the palms and shrubs, and sweeping the cuttings off the walks. It is a fine sight on a bright winter morning by the water — a lawn cut clean and level, standing in neat formation like a well-drilled company in green.
