Essential Earthscapes

About Essential Earthscapes

Late afternoon, the low white buildings on the west island throw long shadows across their courtyards, and the grass finally gets a break from the sun. Essential Earthscapes moves through those green pockets — the lawn between the walk and the parking, the planter beds along the entry, the strip of turf nobody else thinks about. Mowing, trimming, edging, bed weeding and clean removal of the cuttings, on a schedule tight enough that nothing gets ahead of itself. On islands this small every yard is seen by everybody, which is a fine reason to leave each one straight and swept. They serve Bay Harbor Islands, Bal Harbour, Surfside and North Miami.
