About Flash Landscape LLC

Summer afternoons in Aventura begin with a white tower of cloud stacking up over the Everglades, and by three it is walking east toward Biscayne Boulevard. Flash Landscape LLC reads that sky and works ahead of it — mow, edge, trim, clear — so the route is finished while the pavement is still dry. The wet months push grass up fast here; a week of afternoon storms can turn a tidy lawn shaggy, which is why the schedule holds no matter what the radar is doing. Between cuts the crew shapes the hedges and sweeps the clippings off the sidewalk and gutter line. When the rain finally arrives, it falls on a yard already put in order.
