About Semper Fi Cuts and Clean up/ Licensed and Insured

Auburndale wakes slowly over Lake Ariana, mist lifting off the water while the streets are still blue-dark. That is the hour the mower rolls out. Semper Fi Cuts and Clean up works the yards of this town the way morning works the lakes — edge by edge, pass by pass, until the St. Augustine lies down in clean stripes and the walk is blown bare to the concrete. Grass grows here twelve months out of the year, and by three o'clock in August the storms come up over the groves, so the cutting never really stops; it only finds its rhythm. There is a plain, unhurried pride in a driveway with a crisp edge and not one clipping left behind. Come evening the yard sits quiet, and quiet is the whole point.
