Bultman's Lawn Care

About Bultman's Lawn Care

Auburndale has been a railroad town since the junction was cut through it, and freight still rolls in the dark, horns carrying over the rooftops long before daylight. Bultman's Lawn Care starts on that kind of schedule — engines warm at sunup, the first cut down before the August air turns thick. The routine is plain and repeated: even passes across the turf, borders trimmed tight to the pavement, string work around posts and hydrants, then everything cleared back onto the grass. In a climate where a lawn can gain two inches in a week, arriving on the same day is most of the craft. The rest is the look of it afterward, from the curb, with nothing left undone.
