A1A Lawn Services

About A1A Lawn Services

A1A runs the length of the Beaches, and through Atlantic Beach it goes by the name Mayport Road before it bends north toward the river. A1A Lawn Services keeps to that corridor and the streets branching off it, east into the sea-oat blocks and west toward the marsh. Afternoons here have their own feel — the breeze turning onshore, the light going gold across the rooftops — and that is often when the last lawn of the day gets its edges cut. Mowing, edging, weed trimming, hedge work and hauling off the clippings: the list is short, and what it does for a street is not. A yard that reads straight from the curb is the entire point.
