About Xtreme Landscapes LLC

Sunsets in Aripeka come straight off the Gulf of Mexico, laying copper light over the cabbage palms and low rooftops of a village that straddles the Hernando-Pasco county line. Xtreme Landscapes LLC does landscaping and lawn care in this coastal pocket, where the ground is sandy, the wind tastes of salt and plantings have to be kept with the shore in mind. The work runs from mowing back summer growth to shaping palms and shrubs and leaving beds tidy enough to show off their texture. When a squall marches in from the west, everything waits, then resumes once it passes and the light returns gold. What remains is a yard that sits easy in its setting, trimmed and ready for evening.
