Garciascape

About Garciascape

January is the county's kindest month: mornings cool enough for a jacket, citrus hanging heavy in the groves outside town, the humidity gone somewhere else for a while. Garciascape uses that window for the work summer won't allow — cutting hedges back hard, reshaping beds, laying fresh mulch, tuning a yard's bones before the heat returns to bury everything in growth. When it does return, the routine shifts to mowing, edging and trimming on a tight rotation. Grass in Arcadia keeps its color most of the year; the difference between a lawn and a good lawn is only ever attention. Both seasons get their share of it.
