About Shockey Landscaping & Lawn Care

February in Apopka is the dry stretch, when the Bahia goes tan at the edges, the azaleas open along the older streets, and the mornings are cool enough to want a jacket for the first hour. Shockey Landscaping & Lawn Care works straight through it, mowing on the slower winter interval, edging the walks back to a true line, tightening hedges while they are dormant and clearing beds before the growth returns. Then April arrives, everything turns at once, and the route speeds up again. Knowing when to push a lawn and when to let it rest is most of the job here. The yards show it come May.
