About Trujillo Lawn Company

Sandhill cranes walk the open ground around Alturas as if they hold the deed, unhurried, stepping through pasture edges and mowed front lawns alike. Trujillo Lawn Company works that same open country — the wide sunny lots where bahia runs all the way to the fence, where a mower can take a hundred feet of straight line before it ever needs to turn. Cutting, edging, string trimming and clearing, done on a schedule the grass can be measured against. In this part of Polk County the growing season is nearly the whole calendar, so the mowing never really stops; it only changes tempo. A finished yard out here reads clean from a long way off, and that is the pleasure in it.
