About Aces Tree and Lawn, L. L. C.

East of town the hardwoods of San Felasco Hammock crowd right up to the road, and Alachua yards inherit that habit — laurel oak, hickory, sweetgum leaning over the grass and dropping limbs after every storm. Aces Tree and Lawn, L. L. C. takes on both halves of that: the trees above and the turf below. Limbs come down, deadwood comes out, canopies get lifted off roofs and driveways, and then the lawn underneath is mowed, edged and trimmed like nothing ever fell. Hurricane season keeps the phone busy; the rest of the year is steady cutting and cleanup. A yard where the trees are sound and the grass is tight underneath is a yard that holds up.
