The first warm week of March is the one that decides the year: the ground off the Philadelphia Pike thaws, crocuses push up through last autumn's leaves, and every lawn from Bellefonte to Penny Hill needs somebody to open the season for it. Union Park Landscaping handles that first pass — cleanup, bed edging, mulch, shrub trimming — then settles into the weekly mowing and trimming that carries on until the leaves are down and carted off in November. Along Shellpot Creek the yards fall toward the water in short steep runs, and mowing them well takes as much planning as muscle. The rest is repetition done with attention: same height, same lines, same swept walks. By season's end a lawn shows every week somebody tended it, and that's a record worth leaving.
