About Fish Lawn and Tree, LLC

Late on a summer evening the wind off the Blackbird Creek marshes comes up the east side of Townsend and drops the temperature ten degrees at once. Fish Lawn and Tree, LLC keeps mowers moving through that last hour of gold light, when the grass cuts clean and fence-line shadows stretch the length of a yard. The work is regular and unhurried: mowing on a rhythm, string trimming into the corners a deck cannot reach, edging until the front walk reads as a straight line again. Spring and fall bring the heavier passes — pulling winter's litter off the turf in March, raking a yard back down to green in November. What stays with people is the drive up at dusk: stripes holding, borders sharp, nothing left to do.
