About Roots Landscaping

Before it was Selbyville, this place was called Sandy Branch, and the ground still says so — light soil, quick to dry, quicker to green up after a rain. Roots Landscaping mows on that footing, learning which yards hold water in the low corner and which burn off by noon. Regular cutting, trimming, edging, and cleanup of whatever the mower leaves behind. In April the grass comes up all at once and the first few weeks are mostly a matter of keeping pace with it. It is satisfying work: a yard shaggy at eight and level by nine, with the lines still showing.
