About Repairs Unlimited

A July thunderhead can be watched crossing the Delmarva flat for a full hour before it reaches Seaford — piling up on the Chesapeake side, greening the sky over High Street, then dropping an inch of rain and moving on east. Two days later every lawn in town has gained half a foot and the phone starts ringing. Repairs Unlimited answers that with mowing, edging, string trimming along fences and foundations, and cleanups that put a yard back in order after weather has had its way with it. The work is plain and it shows: a crisp border where turf meets walk, clippings swept off the sidewalk, a lot near Gateway Park looking like nobody had to fight for it. Seaford, Blades, Middleford and Laurel, week after week through the wet green months.
