About Rudy's Lawn & Tree Services, LLC

By mid-October the oaks on Iron Hill go the color of struck copper, and for a few weeks afterward every lawn beneath them disappears under leaves. Rudy's Lawn & Tree Services, LLC works through those drifts — blowing out the bed lines and the fence corners, gathering the leaves and hauling them off, then putting down the last cut of the year on turf that has finally slowed. Earlier in the season it's the steady rhythm instead: weekly mowing, edged walks, trimmed borders, pavement cleared of clippings. Shrubs and hedges get cut back before the cold settles into the hollows. There is a particular pleasure in a November yard that looks swept.
