Jerry's Lawn & Tree Care

About Jerry's Lawn & Tree Care

After a hard blow off the Chesapeake, the ground around Greenwood is littered with loblolly limbs and the yards look like somebody shook them. Jerry's Lawn & Tree Care handles both halves of that morning: the branches hauled out and the pines and old shade trees pruned back to sound wood, then the turf underneath mowed and tidied. Working near the headwaters country of the Marshyhope and Nanticoke means trees that grow fast and hold water, so thinning and deadwood removal are steady work here, not an occasional favor. The lawn side runs on its own weekly rhythm through the season, trimmed and edged each visit. A yard with its trees in good shape and its grass cut even feels settled in a way that is hard to fake.
