About Perez Property Maintenance LLC

Dawn comes up over Sussex farmland with mist still standing in the soybean rows. That is the hour Perez Property Maintenance LLC is already loaded and rolling out of Georgetown, headed toward Millsboro or down Route 9 before the heat settles in. Grass cut while it is wet with dew, trimmed tight to fence posts and mailbox poles, walks swept clean by the blower. Properties stay on a schedule here — mowing, edging, trimming, mulch worked into the beds, cleanups when spring opens and again when fall closes — for houses, rental units and small commercial lots around the county seat. By the time traffic thickens on the highway, three yards are done and the truck still smells like cut grass.
