About PEREZ LAWN & LANDSCAPING LLC

Georgetown keeps its heart in a circle — a green ring of grass and old shade with the whole town wheeling around it. PEREZ LAWN & LANDSCAPING LLC works the yards that spoke out from that center, mowing and edging along Sussex County walks where the afternoon sun hangs late and the air off the Atlantic, twenty miles east, finally turns the day cool. There is a particular satisfaction in a lawn cut down a straight line to a crisp edge, the clippings blown off the drive, the whole property looking like someone paid attention to it. The regular rhythm carries the year: weekly mowing, string trimming, bed edging, mulch laid fresh, cleanups when the weather turns. When the last pass is finished and the engine goes quiet, the yard holds that stillness for a moment, and that moment is the point.
