About S.CHAVEZ LANDSCAPING LLC
North of Georgetown the loblolly pines of Redden State Forest run on for miles, and every October they let their needles down across the yards nearby. S.CHAVEZ LANDSCAPING LLC meets that stretch of the calendar head-on: leaves and pine straw raked out of the beds, lawns mowed low into the cool weeks, borders cut back to a line you can read from the road. Autumn on this flat shelf of the peninsula arrives politely — a nor'easter, then a week of hard blue sky, then frost on the windshield at six in the morning. The ordinary work keeps turning the rest of the year too, mowing and trimming and edging on a steady schedule, mulch renewed, cleanups at each hinge of the calendar. A neatly kept lawn in November, with the light coming low and gold across it, is reward enough for the day.
