About Bradshaw landscape and irrigation

The Broadkill begins near Georgetown as almost nothing — a seep, a ditch, a thin thread that will be a river by the time it slides past Milton. Bradshaw landscape and irrigation reads a lawn the same way, small signs first: the blue-gray cast of turf that wants water, the thatch keeping rain from ever reaching the roots. Through the dry stretch of August the cut runs high and the clippings stay put; when September rain comes back, thin ground gets seeded and the soil opened up with an aerator. Edges are cut clean along drives and walkways, and beds are pulled back to their proper shape. A yard tended that way carries through the cold months and greens up early.
