Lush Green Lawn

About Lush Green Lawn

There is a half hour in June, just after sunrise, when every lawn on the street is silver with dew and nothing has moved yet. Lush Green Lawn works for what comes after that: grass cut at a height that keeps its color, edges run clean along the drive, clippings gone. When summer turns hot and close, turf mowed carelessly in that weather goes straw-colored inside a week. So the cut is measured, the trimming is done by hand where it has to be, and the cleanups come around each spring and fall. Deep green in August is not luck — it is somebody's Tuesday.
