Stamas Lawn Care

About Stamas Lawn Care

Before six, the big cargo planes lift off the base on Dover's southeast side and climb out over the marsh, and for a minute the whole town hears them go. Stamas Lawn Care is usually loading the trailer by then, because on this flat coastal plain the coolest and best hours are the early ones, before the humidity comes up off the bay. Mowing, trimming, edging, week after week through the growing season — a route built so every yard takes its turn on time. There is a particular pleasure in the first cut of a morning, when dew still beads along the deck and the cut line behind you is the only mark on the entire lawn. By the time the sun is properly up, three properties are finished and look it.
