About Evergreen Property Maintenance LLC

Dawn on the south side of Dover comes with engines: the big transports lifting off the base and going out over the marsh while the ground crews and the mowing crews are both already at it. Evergreen Property Maintenance LLC starts there, cutting the office lawns and the long entrance strips before the parking lots fill. Turf on the flat, sandy ground here grows hard from April to October, so the schedule is the whole discipline — cut, edge, trim, blow off, move on, come back. Done right, the grounds look the same on a Tuesday in August as they did the first week of May. The routes run through Dover and out to Dover Base Housing, Little Creek, Camden and Magnolia.
