Bruce's Lawn Service

About Bruce's Lawn Service

Clayton grew up around a railroad junction and still carries that shape — a tight grid of streets, a grain elevator standing over the flat country, freight moving through without slowing down. Bruce's Lawn Service keeps the yards inside that grid and the ones scattered along the roads toward Smyrna and the creek marshes east of town. The work is weekly and unglamorous: cut it, trim to the fence line and the foundation, edge the walk, clear the clippings, move on. Spring adds mulch and bed cleanup, and once the leaves start letting go the cleanups carry the rest of the year. A lawn done right never asks for attention — it just makes the whole block look settled.
