About designscapes

The branch that gave Bridgeville its bridge still slides dark and slow toward the Nanticoke, tea-colored under the trees, and the evening light coming off it turns every lawn along the road a deeper green than it has any right to be. designscapes works with that green: the cut, the edge and the trim come around every week, with mulch laid to set the beds apart from the grass and the shape of a property drawn out rather than imposed on it. Feedings and weed control go in on the calendar the grass keeps, not the one on the wall. Fall means cleanups and leaf removal until the yards are down to bare, brushed turf. What is left at the end of a visit is simple — beds defined, walks clear, a property that reads as composed.
