About Lasky Enterprises

Under the Orenaug ledges the cold sits still, and the pavement stays glazed after the rest of Woodbury has let go of it. Lasky Enterprises works the dark end of those mornings — plowing driveways, clearing walks, laying salt and sand where the grade will not forgive a mistake. A storm gets measured here not in inches but in how early the first shift starts and how many times it has to come back. By the hour the school buses run, the drives and lots are open and the day proceeds as though nothing happened. That invisibility is the job.
