About Bakerville Property Management

On the green at Winchester Center the white meetinghouse throws a long shadow by mid-October, and the grass beneath it still asks for one more cut. Bakerville Property Management looks after grounds like that across Winchester — mowing on a set rotation, trimming tight to walks and foundations, and clearing leaves off before the first hard rain mats them down. The spring round begins with a rake-out and fresh mulch in the beds, then settles into the steady weekly cadence of cut, trim and blow-off. Hill roads toward Colebrook and Barkhamsted make for long drives between properties, which is its own quiet pleasure on a clear morning. A place kept on a schedule starts to show it, even in November, even at forty miles an hour.
