About Palmer Landscapes LLC

North Weston ends at the Saugatuck Reservoir, where the water goes flat and slate-colored under a January sky and the cold sits in the hollows past noon. Palmer Landscapes LLC handles snow here — plowing driveways, shoveling walks and steps, and spreading salt and sand once the pavement is bare. Storms in this town land on grades and curves, on drives that climb away from the road and hold their drifts at the top. There is a plain kind of pride in reaching the end of one at five in the morning with the whole run open and the truck lights on clean blacktop. By the time the house wakes, the day is possible again.
