About Rizzo Masonry and Landscaping

Stone is the oldest language spoken in this county — the dry-laid walls running back through the woods off Sasco Hill, the granite arches carrying the parkway over the brooks. Rizzo Masonry & Landscaping speaks it fluently: steps and landings, patios and walkways in tile, slate, flagstone, paver, brick and stone, columns and driveways, stone veneer and stucco, outdoor fireplaces and built-in BBQs, stone and retaining walls that hold a slope for good. The green half runs right beside it — landscape design and construction, mowing, weeding, aeration, seeding and mulching, garden trimming, pruning and planting, tree removal, spring and fall cleanup. Then winter, and the phone at three in the morning: driveway and parking lot plowing, walkway shoveling, salting and de-icing, snow hauled away and dumped, private roads opened before anyone needs them. Lower Fairfield County gets both halves of its year from the same hands.
