About JF Services

Route 63 through Watertown carries two kinds of days. There are the summer ones, when the lawn strips and edges along it want cutting before the heat sets into the afternoon, and the winter ones, when those same entrances need opening while the town is still dark and quiet. JF Services runs both ends of that year: mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups when things are growing, then plowing, shoveling and salting when they are not. It is exact, unglamorous work, and a cleared entrance at six in the morning is a small kindness nobody ever signs for. Work runs across Watertown and Oakville and out along the roads to the neighboring towns.
