About Southeastern CT Landscaping

The mower carves a clean row down a lawn that tilts toward Long Island Sound, its blade humming while the cut grass falls in a pale ribbon behind it — this is the everyday work of Southeastern CT Landscaping, out in Waterford where the salt light comes in off the water and granite ledge lifts through the oaks. Through the warm season they keep the grass trimmed and level, the edges drawn crisp along stone walls and gravel drives. When the cold sets in and snow banks against the tidal coves, they are out ahead of the sun, the plow throwing it aside in bright arcs and scraping a path down to open pavement. It is plain, satisfying work, and it leaves its mark on the place — a yard that stays even into late summer, a driveway cleared and quiet before the shoreline wakes.
