About A&J Lawncare LLC

Waterbury was built on brass and hills, and both still shape the day: the clock tower on Meadow Street, the Naugatuck running under the highway, neighborhoods stacked on slopes above the Green. A&J Lawncare LLC works those slopes in every kind of weather — mowing and edging compact city lawns in summer, plowing driveways and clearing walks when a storm parks over the valley. City snow has nowhere to go, so pushing it correctly the first time is most of the job, and sand goes down on the pitched aprons before they can glaze. Spring and fall cleanups reset the yards at either end of the year. It is steady, unglamorous work, and a street where every drive is open by morning is a good thing to drive past.
