About A&E Services LLC

The Naugatuck River runs grey through the middle of Waterbury, and on winter mornings the valley fog settles over it like a lid. A&E Services LLC works under that lid, plowing driveways and clearing the front walk so the first car out of the garage meets bare pavement instead of a wall of white. By May the blades come off and the mowers go on, and the week fills with cutting, trimming, and edges drawn clean along the city's steep front yards. A lawn that looks combed and a drive that looks swept are small things, and they are exactly the point. Snow removal and lawn care, the same streets twice a year over, kept in good order.
