About Sunnyside Property Services LLC

April in Wallingford is a south-facing business: the slopes that catch the sun green up first, and the shaded north sides take another two weeks to believe in it. That first mow of the year is the one worth waiting for — the yard raked out, winter's debris carried off, the grass finally standing on its own. From there the season settles into mowing, trimming, edging and bed work, with mulch laid in once the ground warms and cleanups again when the woods along Wharton Brook let go in the fall. This is care for people who would rather come home to it finished than spend Saturday behind a mower. A property looking right in the long light of a June evening is the whole deliverable.
