About J & M Stone & Garden LLC

October in Wallingford arrives all at once — one cold night, the woods above Tyler Mill let go, and by Sunday every lawn in town is under an inch of red and yellow. Leaf cleanup is the busy heart of the year for this landscaping company: clearing the beds, digging out the corners where wind piles the drifts, hauling the load off so the turf can breathe before frost sets in. The rest of the calendar is mowing and trimming on a regular cycle, mulch renewed in spring, borders kept honest around the plantings. Properties here run from tight village lots to long sloping ones out toward the north end, and each gets the passes it actually needs. When the final cleanup is finished and the lawn is bare and green again under a low November sun, that is the good part.
